God Speaks in a Language we know Best

Nerthi and I had a time alone at home today. We both sat in our portico and spent time laughing and pampering. I was both playing with her as well while also mindful of dish that was cooking in the kitchen.
While I did so , I walked inside to switch off the stove but a mother instinct driven by a divine intervention made me feel something was not right. Even before I walked pass the hall to the kitchen..I peeped out to see her and saw an Indian Cobra just some 6-7 feet behind her in a perfect position with its head raised and spreading its hood. There was a stick beside me and Nerthi infront of me. My first aim was to pick Nerthi and everything else was secondary.
Nerthi generally feels scared on sudden reflexive actions by anyone or anything near her and she just runs randomly if she feels in danger. Sometimes even a sudden call from me jerks her and she runs not knowing where.
I decided not to call her with my fear burdening her but just took a leap of step and grabbed her swiftly with all the balance that I had and took the stick but my mind hovered a second if I miss the hit, would it come back to her cos it was just glancing straight at her ( It may be a myth, just leaving it un-discussed)
The snake just lowered it’s head and moved under our car finding it’s way outside the gate.
I hugged Nerthi and she instantly hugged and asked me “Amma, Snake Vandhucha?..” I was taken aback and asked her “Nee paathiya”… she said “Illa Amma” gently touching my face.. I asked her ” Appo Yaaru Magalae Sonna?..” To which she said “Amma Sonnanga” .. I asked, what Amma Said and she cleanly says “Amma sonnanaga .. Pinnaala Snake iruku..Amma varen paapa..Nee Bayapada Koodadhu”
I don’t know what these could even be…. I leave it for time to interpret it. But all I can say is “Thank You Lord for speaking to her in her familiar voice of a mother” and “Thank you Lord for speaking to me in a way I understand”

Preethi Daniel sis, I could clearly visualize as I read the message. I had goose bumps , my God ..As a mother I would have really panicked a lot.
I clearly feel that God was perfectly in control of the situation and He alone can do this miracle. It waited until you came to the spot.
He protects His Children all the time. The Lord has lead you through, that you acted rightly.

Reason s snakes come near homes is food . Snakes food is rats and other rodents . Rodents come because of our waste food . If we ensure there is no food for rodents then snake will not be coming near our homes . Take care

I think she has started like Samuel,hearing God’s voice.May she hear God talking to her about Kings and Nations in the days to come Just Like Samuel.
